Charlie.  Charlie is busy with retirement, finding great truth in the old question, "How did I ever have time to work?"  He is looking forward to a year "off" at Tacoma Yacht Club.  "Off" is a relative term.  He has turned over chairmanship of the Outreach Committee to brother John.  In its place, however, he will become the club's Education Officer for 2010-2011.  Charlie's Facebook Page

Diane.  To her immense joy and relief, Diane became Past President of the TYC Shipmates on June 2.  She, too, will enjoy a year "off," though, like Charlie, it is doubtful that it will reduce the amount of time spent working on club projects.  Unfortunately, giving up the presidency also meant giving up that really convenient reserved parking place!.  Diane's Facebook Page

Justin & Genevieve. Typically busy young professionals, Justin and Genevieve live in DuPont, about 40 minutes south of Gig Harbor.  Justin is Financial Manager for LOTT, the Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, Thurston County waste treatment facility.  Genevieve is a pharmaceutical researcher for the Charles Rivers Co. in Tacoma.  Justin and Genevieve are proud new parents!

Hailey.  The newest member of the family was born on April 16. The first Long Family girl in several generations, she's definitely a keeper!
